What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
How do I determine the right size for my Snowfeet*?
Snowfeet* are designed with a one-size-fits-all approach, featuring adjustable bindings that fit most standard winter shoes and snowboard boots (sizes 5-13 US / 37-47 EU).

Are Snowfeet* suitable for all types of snow conditions?
Snowfeet* perform best on groomed slopes, packed snow, and downhill trails. They are not recommended for deep powder or extremely icy conditions.

Yes, all Snowfeet* products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear or damage from misuse.
